Vatturi Mahesh Kumar is a highly accomplished classical violinist and dedicated music educator, specializing in Carnatic violin. At VOS, Mahesh offers students an opportunity to explore the rich tradition of South Indian classical music deeply, taught through a structured and performance-oriented approach. A graduate with a Diploma in Music from Andhra University, Mahesh brings both academic excellence and stage experience to his teaching. With over 600 live performances across India and collaborations with renowned classical musicians, he has honed a profound understanding of the intricacies of Carnatic violin performance and accompaniment.

Mahesh’s teaching style at VOS is rooted in discipline and detail, focusing on perfecting posture, bowing techniques, gamakas (ornamentations), and raga bhava (emotional expression). He offers a step-by-step learning process, nurturing students of all levels—from beginners just learning to hold the bow, to advanced learners preparing for stage performances and competitions. Some of his accolades include being shortlisted for a performance at the AR Rahman musical show, receiving first prize at TANA Cultural Fest, and being honored as an Upcoming Talented Artist by the Visakha Music Academy. Tej, is an accomplished Violinist with 10 years of teaching experience and helping 100+ students to appear for Trinity guildhall/ rock and pop music grade examinations. He is well versed with western style of teaching violin and has appeared and accompanied various artists in different stages.
